Is this just a Homebot clone?
No. Homebot built for English-speaking suburban agents. We built for bilingual brokerages, cross-border buyers, and the 40% of Texas Mexican-buyer transactions that Homebot's product never addressed. Same monthly digest format — different audience.
Where does the home value data come from?
Our AVM uses public records, county appraisal data, and recent comparable sales to estimate value within a confidence range. Same methodology Zillow and Homebot use. Confidence is shown on every report so homeowners know how solid the number is.
Do I have to send my own emails?
No. Once you upload your homeowner list, we handle every monthly send automatically. You only see alerts when homeowners take action — that's your cue to call.
What if I'm not bilingual?
Most agents aren't. You can toggle reports to English-only in account settings. But if you have Spanish-speaking homeowners on your list, sending them English-only reports is leaving listings on the table.
How is this different from Ylopo, kvCORE, or Follow Up Boss?
